Selection of Subjects

Students should note that they will not be permitted to change subjects once offered, without the prior permission of the Principal. Provision for teaching various subjects depends upon the availability of a minimum number of 24 students offering that subject at the point of entry. In case the minimum number is not available, the student will be permitted to change the subject /s in conformity with the scheme given below:

Fees Structure

F.Y.B.A. (Semester I & Semester II)

A student is required to select six subjects as under:

Each subject will carry one paper of 100 marks. Thus total marks will be 600 in each semester.

  • Foundation Course – Paper I & II
  • Two papers in Compulsory Languages
    • - Communication Skills in English I & II
    • - Marathi or Hindi (with emphasis on the skills of Communication as well as Literature) I & II
  • One paper each of the following subjects in each semester Economics – Politics – History.


S.Y.B.A. (Semester III & Semester IV)
A student is required to select eight subjects as under :
Each subject will carry one paper of 100 marks. Thus total marks will be 800 in each semester.
  • Foundation Course – Paper III & IV
  • Two papers each of Economics, Political Science, History in Semester III & Semester IV
  • One paper under the Applied Component Group: Advertising in each semester.

T.Y.B.A. (Semester V & Semester VI)
A student is required to select two major subjects with 3 papers each in each semester. The major subject shall be two of the Optional subjects offered by the students at the S.Y.B.A examination Each paper will carry 100 marks including paper third which has 25 marks for Internal and 75 marks for external in each semester. Total marks will be 600 in each semester (V & VI)
